Foreplay Tips and Techniques

Foreplay is a fundamental part of the whole lovemaking experience. Most men and women experienced in sex will agree that the best sexual encounters should include long and sensual foreplay. A more attentive form of foreplay will bring increased pleasure to both partners, and make any sexual experience more satisfying.

Both partners need a little extra spice to get fully aroused and achieve maximum pleasure. The man may need to prolong foreplay to get an erection and the women will usually need the same to become properly lubricated. There is no such thing as spending too much time on foreplay. The trick is to start intercourse when both partners are fully aroused and having a hard time controlling their desires from foreplay.

Foreplay includes a range of activities such as undressing, kissing, petting, and oral sex; but you can add your own thoughts to the list. Sensitive foreplay is so important to good sex because it will help both partners enjoy sexual intercourse more, and it will especially help women reach orgasm more often. Most woman need prolonged stimulation in order to reach a complete arousal, and foreplay will provide them with the required encouragement.

There is no such thing as the definitive foreplay; it is not about pressing the right buttons in the right order. It is about understanding what makes your partner tick and supplying those things that make the experience exceptionally pleasurable. There are many ways to give your partner extreme pleasure, and it all begins in the brain. Compliment their appearance or other attributes, especially if they have a low confidence level; show them that you care about them and what they enjoy.

Creating the right environment for sexual intercourse is all about paying attention to the details, which is especially important at mature stages in the relationship. For example, make sure the room is warm, the lighting subdued, and the appropriate music is playing. Once the mood is right, take the time to undress each other slowly, because the act of removing your partner's clothes can be an important part of successful foreplay. Many find that undressing increases the eroticism - stimulating and intensifying the feeling.

During foreplay, go slow; begin by kissing and caressing. A kiss is usually the first physical expression of love and desire, but it is also often forgotten during sexual intercourse. During intercourse, kiss the different parts of your partner’s body, and don’t be restricted solely to the mouth. Most women complain that their partners don't kiss long enough and rush the movement directly to the genital area. Don't be shy to experiment on every part of the body (for example, many women enjoy particular kissing and nibbling attention to the neck and shoulders), and remember to prolong the foreplay with more kissing and caressing.

Another reason foreplay is important is for the learning experience. Foreplay is the perfect time to spend time understanding what your partner likes because without that, you will never understand what they really need to be fully stimulated. Don't be shy; ask for feedback and also give your own. Both partners gain from good communication during foreplay and lovemaking. If words fail you, either SHOW or GUIDE your partner in the direction you want, and encourage them to do the same.

Remember that only by communication can we understand what is required to improve, and that practice makes perfect!

G-Spot

Where is the G Spot?

If your partner is lying on her back, then her Grafenberg Area, commonly known as the G Spot, is located roughly 1.5" inside her vagina on the upper wall. The most ultimate orgasms come from a woman having her G Spot stimulated. This area inside the vagina typically has a different texture; ridged (not as smooth) as the rest of her vagina, and when aroused feels spongy. A G Spot orgasm is often associated with the mystical legend of female ejaculation and 15-30 minutes of a euphoric sensation where she is in complete bliss... Don't expect much from her during this time, she is in heaven.

G Spot Technique

With your fingers approximately two to three inches in, move your fingers in even circles all around the inside of the vagina. It generally feels best if you keep consistent, firm pressure along the entire length of the vaginal walls while fingering. You may wish to give a LITTLE extra pressure towards her belly as long as you don't break the steady rotational rhythm.

Stop rotating your fingers and rest your fingertips on the (usually slightly ridged) area of the vagina just behind the pubic bone and exert pressure towards her belly (upwards). This is direct G Spot stimulation, and it usually feels best if the fingers are subtly moving. You can move your fingers in small, slow circles, or point your fingers more sharply and rock them back and forth.

An advanced and very successful technique is a combination of the two. Trace the inside of her vagina with your finger(s), while moving in and out. Make sure that your fingertip always hits the g spot on each rotation. Finding a nice rhythm is critical in this technique, and when you get it right, she’ll be asking you how you learned that!

Stimulating G Spot During Intercourse

This topic is covered in greater detail in the vaginal intercourse article in the Intercourse section, but keep in mind the angle you position yourself during intercourse. Being able to stimulate the G Spot during intercourse will definitely increase the likelihood of your partner reaching orgasm through intercourse.

Toys

Sexual toys are a great way to enhance your sexual experiences. They can vibrate, stay hard, and best of all they don’t get tired. There is no better way to learn how to experience vaginal orgasms then by using a vibrator to help you figure out how to use your body better. If there is a way to stimulate it, there is a sex toy to automate the process and to no surprise this holds true when referring to the G Spot.

Masturbation

Throughout certain periods of history, masturbation was deemed a sinful perversion. Although it is a common sexual activity, myth ridden and misconceived ideas that were backed up by medical fallacies caused the masturbation topic to remain quite taboo for many years.

Luckily, masturbation is currently no longer something considered to be "ugly" and has started to become discussed in a more natural manner as a part of human evolution. But even in modern times, some still find it difficult to accept as a normal part of the human sexual development process.

Some phobias regarding masturbation can be resilient in adult life. Even if these fears are only subconscious, they may generate a certain degree of anxiety sufficient to handicap life and cause detriment to sexual performance.

Normally, masturbation begins in infancy (at or around 4 years of age) during a period described as the "phallic phase" by Sigmund Freud in the late 19th century. It's in this phase that a child discovers, by natural curiosity, that manipulation of his/her genitals can yield a great deal of sexual pleasure. This phase denotes special attention, since any reprimand or rebuke by parents might give the impression of something dirty or naughty. This can set up a long term basis for sexual impairments later in the life of the individual.

Women, for the most part, are bound to experience guilt with regard to masturbation. The vast majority of girls, during infancy, get told by their parents not to touch their genitals. This can be as serious as punishment in a violent manner, in the way of physical slapping or hitting. This kind of punishment induces a feeling of something wrong in the child, and instills fears that if it is done again, it may involve even worse punishments. This type of parental action by itself, even if done only once, can be enough to bring out some sort of psychosexual deterrent in the adult-phase.
Moreover, it's in adolescence that masturbation begins to reveal its full potential in a very powerful way. Typically, as a prime source of sexual activity for both boys and girls, masturbation causes the young adult to begin to discover sexual capacity and sexual pleasure though orgasms in a very conscious and intentional manner.

Although girls don't rely on masturbation as much as boys for a relief mechanism of sexual tension, whoever engages in masturbation acquires a profound knowledge, with respect to which bodily sensations will be more touch and caress prone. This allows the individual to learn how to get the best results from general sexual pleasure in the long run. Therefore, masturbation becomes particularly important as foreplay for adults, as it is apt to enable a sex-partner to touch and stroke the most sexually excitable spots.

During masturbation, an imagination with vibrant fantasies is almost always commonplace. Therein, everything is allowed in a sense of providing the most excitement, given that the degree of excitement depends on the extension of guilt feelings imposed upon it and linked to it.

The physical relaxation of sexual tension from masturbation is somewhat similar to the feeling of sexual intercourse with another individual. Having said that, it is seemingly important for me to again highlight that masturbation should be considered a normal act, which does not cause detrimental physical effects. Masturbation can really only be labeled as abnormal when, in adulthood, it profoundly takes on an obsessive preference that prevents normal sexual intercourse with a partner. In these rare cases, it may call for psychiatric treatment.

What is Male Masturbation?

When a boy reaches adolescence begins to go through important changes in his emotions.
The sexual conscience is exacerbated and attempts to release the erotic tension with masturbation, this exacerbates when one does not have a partner.

Many men carry on masturbating along their lives, even when they maintain relationships with another person. According to diverse studies, 94% of men have been masturbating at some stage until reaching orgasm.Through personal experience, such techniques and pace can be mastered, which would give better result. This way man knows his answers, being capable of anticipating the orgasm. The use of lubricants reduces friction and can increase pleasure.

How to masturbate a man?

Masturbation is helpful so that more people can reach erection. With smooth caress you can get to reach orgasm, but the penis also withstands stimulation with less subtlety.Grasp the penis with one hand and move the foreskin back and forth, speed rate, duration of the movement and the pressure exerted depends on each person, talk with your partner so that you can point out the most suitable for you.

The frenulum zone, right under the gland with the turgid penis, can be very stimulating. As your partner nears orgasm, increase the speed of movements. After ejaculation the gland becomes very sensitive, that's the reason why is paramount to let go on pressure.

Stimulation of the testicles

For most men to have the testicles caresses can be very relaxing to them, that is to say, always with smoothness.Grasp the penis with one hand and uses the other to cover and cross the testicles and caress the zone between the testicles and the anus. This zone is very sensitive. Scrotum (a bag that encapsulates the testicles) is as if they were women's outer lips, however, for that reason caresses and kisses produce very pleasant sensations, but it's improbable that they alone end in orgasm.

What is Female Masturbation?

Masturbation can be defined as a self-stimulation that brings out sexual sensations. The use of the word masturbation usually refers to a person manipulating genitals to the point of intense pleasure or orgasm.

Orgasm refers to a period of intense excitement in which the genital muscles come to a series of highly pleasurable contractions or movements.

Masturbation according to some health care providers is a healthy way to express and explore your sexuality and also release sexual tension without all the associated risks of the sexual intercourse.

Health professionals generally agree that this private touching is a natural, normal mode of self-exploration and
sexual expression. Unfortunately, after the excitement of the moment has passed, many people find themselves overwhelmed by guilt and/or shame.

Our attitudes towards masturbation have deep roots for sure. Around the turn-of-the-century, some adults were so against masturbation that they forced their daughters to wear gloves made of a steel-wool-like material at night and to put a powder on their genitals that made them painful to touch. Boys and girls were discouraged from masturbation by the threat of blindness, madness and illness. Of course, all of these are not true.

Most surveys suggest that approximately 70% of teen females "admitted"
masturbating. It is always hard to establish absolute truth in any survey on sexuality and sexual behavior, since they are influenced so much by what people think is "normal".
.
Mother's told children not to touch themselves "down there" and wow, what an embarrassment if the child did that in public!

For many people the consequence of our mothers' or fathers' difficulty with our innocent
sexuality when we were infants caused a misunderstanding about masturbation.

Almost none of us had an explanation from our parents about this important issue, a genuine one, free from prejudice.

Just because they didn’t have either knowledge about it, neither to deal in a positive way with this important event in our lives, we are still tied to old ideas and that’s why we feel ashamed to have pleasure from exploring our own bodies.

What is Male Orgasm?

The period of emission and ejaculation is called the male orgasm. Penile erection involves a complex interaction between three systems of the body: the vascular system, the nervous system, and the endocrine system.

Erection

Erection results from dilation of the arteries in the penis and an increase in arterial blood under high pressure -- to simplify things a bit. This causes the erectile tissue in the penis to become engorged. Erection also most likely involves several neurotransmitters.

Orgasm

With increasing intensity of the sexual stimulus, the reflex centers of the spinal cord begin to emit impulses that leave the cord to the genitals and initiate emission, which is the forerunner of ejaculation. Fluid from the vas deferens, the prostate, the ampulla, and the seminal vesicles (and even more tiny glands) are propelled into the internal urethra by contractions of the groin muscles*.

The filling of the internal urethra elicits signals that are transmitted through the pudendal nerves from the spinal cord. Increases in pressure in the urethra cause the semen to be propelled to the exterior, resulting in ejaculation! The period of emission and ejaculation is termed male orgasm. After ejaculation erection ceases within 1 to 2 minutes in most males.

Hormonal Role?

It is apparent that sexual desire and performance depend on some threshold level of testosterone, however, this level varies from man to man. One of the greatest inhibitors of sexual functioning in males is loss of or low self-esteem and the development of a negative self-image.
Bulbocavernous muscles & ischiocavernous muscles. (for those that want to know). Bulbocavernous muscles are at the very base of the penis, the others are deeper in the groin around the penis.
